If for some reason you are not satisfied with any products that you purchase from our Kunzea Tasmania website you can return items for a full refund of the product price. The conditions of this policy are:
- you return the unused portion
- the products you are returning have been purchased online through our Kunzea Tasmania website
- your claim for a refund is made within 30 days from the purchase date
- you provide feedback to us about your concerns
Please follow the steps below to help us with your refund.
- Please email info@kunzeatas.com.au about your wish to return and refund your purchase. Include in the email your order number, the product/s you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- We will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your return request and answer any questions that you have. We will also provide you with information about where to ship the item/s back to.
- We recommend that you ship the item/s back to us via recorded delivery, as unfortunately we can’t be responsible for lost returns. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
- Your full product refund will be processed once we have received the unused portion of product/s, and information described in the conditions above.
