Fill your tub or foot bath with warm (not hot) water.
Just before getting in add up to 2 cups of flakes for a full body soak or up to 1 cup for a foot bath.
Swish around to dissolve and disperse.
Note: Don't add flakes while the water is still filling or you will lose some benefits before you get in!
Enjoy the soak for about 20 mins.
